I was GothicBride's first-ever customer, and I have to say that I was really dissatisfied with my experience browsing at their online store. The entire experience left me feeling underwhelmed, despite the company's assertions that the things it sells are of the highest possible quality and effectiveness. In the first place, the website was difficult to understand and tough to browse. It was difficult to get information about the products, and the absence of evaluations made it challenging for me to decide which things would be most beneficial to me. The process of checking out was laborious and time consuming as well. In addition, the service that was provided to customers was subpar. I had a query regarding a product, so I got in touch with their customer support team; however, I was never given an answer to my inquiry. When my order finally arrived, it was not at all what I had anticipated, and several of the things were broken. Last but not least, the delivery was sluggish and unpredictable. I was provided with a delivery date estimate; nonetheless, my product did not arrive until many days later. The products were not packaged in a secure manner, and as a result, some of them had become damaged and leaked. In general, the online store offered by GothicBride does not provide a satisfactory shopping experience for its clients, and I am unable to recommend it to anyone. Shopping with them is a painful and disheartening experience because their website is difficult to navigate, they do not provide adequate customer service, and their shipment is unpredictable.
