So the size for today, as well as type-C, good sound, this is not a virtue, but a de facto standard in the industry. The packaging is royal, JBL got confused of course. Again, I can’t write it down in dignity, because. for 9000 they pack everyone well (Anker, Oppo, Realmi). The sound is top notch. Medium detailed, bottoms hollow. This, too, today cannot be written as a plus, the same QCY T11 in sound is not much inferior to these headphones, but they are cheaper. Good sound, nothing more to add. Bottom line: I can’t recommend these headphones, because. Noise canceler doesn't work. If you really want something from JBL, then look towards the JBL Live Pro +. Took the headphones, on the recommendation of JBL support, to the workshop for inspection. The check took exactly 20 days (according to the law, it should be 10 days, although JBL claims 20 days). Confirmed that the noise canceling does not work. I wrote a request for a refund, they promised to return it in 10 days. What did not like: 1) you need to follow the conclusion with your feet, komon 21st century. They asked me to send a copy of the receipt (I bought it at the JBL store). Moreover, the check and the result of the workshop check are on the JBL website. But still you have to move, you can't decide online. It feels like they are deliberately delaying the process. 2) The application for a refund is located in the depths of the site, if I did not know that it was on the site, I would hardly have found it. Of course, you can write a letter and ask for a response, but this is again a delay in the process
