I was pleasantly surprised by these speakers. I bought these headphones as a Christmas present for my son. The product description says you can connect them together to create stereo sound. I'm happy to report that this feature works great and is easy to use. I was worried that pairing the speakers would be cumbersome for a 12-year-old, but that's really false evidence. Turn on both speakers and press the "M" button on each. You will hear a beep indicating they are connected. Once that's done, the two speakers basically function as one. You'll remember they're connected each time you turn them on, making it effortless. Bluetooth is easy to set up as it only shows one device but both speakers play together. the one who is the "owner". I mean only one of the speakers is actually configured to communicate with your device. The other speaker is a slave and is configured to only communicate with the other speaker. You can tell which one it is by turning on one of the speakers by itself. If you hear a "Bluetooth pairing" sound on this speaker and it works with your device, it is the master and you can remove it and use it alone. If you enabled the slave speaker yourself, it just stays there and doesn't connect to the tablet. Turn it off and get another speaker. If you manually connect a slave speaker to your device (or another), it works, but the two speakers forget they're connected. To pair them together, you must manually unpair all devices and then repeat the speaker pairing process (using the "M" button on the speakers). If I've made it too complicated, it really isn't. etc. If you want to take a speaker with you and use it separately, just use the one that automatically connects to your tablet. That's really all there is to it. Sound quality is what you'd expect from a small Bluetooth speaker, but not fantastic. Even with a single speaker, the sound is clear with no distortion and offers enough volume to listen in the same room or even in multiple rooms. They simply lack the frequency response compared to more expensive speakers, but most people won't notice the difference. Sound quality and volume are greatly improved when both speakers are connected. The colors on the speaker are bright and vibrant. Kids will fall in love with them, there are many different light patterns to choose from. This is one of his favorite gifts this year and it really made him smile. The quality, construction, fit and finish appear to be excellent. They look like they'll last, although it's a bit premature for me to say anyway. Good buy, I recommend!
