Review on COSTEK ENMS by Russell Roberson

The best part of this service is its simplicity. It's very easy to use. I like the fact that it has all our services under the same roof, I can access them from anywhere, even at my home PC. The only disadvantage about this product is that there is no support for Microsoft office or any other software except Google docs. I would recommend buying this product if you need to manage your telecom hardware assets in an efficient way. We have been able to find out which devices are outdated and what repairs should be done. They are constantly listening to their customers, responding quickly with new features being added/enhanced all of time! We have been very happy so far in our experience working together using this tool for over 2 years now (we used it when they were still called Ems). So no problems here - great product overall which we use daily at my work place as well where I am part owner too :).
