Not worth the DEWALT award. Third party providers are just as good.
I bought the Dewalt version thinking it would keep the batteries from completely draining but it doesn't. As with any other OEM version, you can completely drain the battery. This then requires you to bring it back to life. Basically, give it enough juice for the charger to know what it is and actually start charging. If this happens to you, just look it up on YouTube, but it's not worth spending 4x for something that isn't better anyway.
