Really good quality, with all metal parts. It's quite difficult to install alone - you need two people to line up the knobs properly and one person tightens from the bottom. This is because there is no easy way to adjust them after the fact like there is with other faucets. Others have written that these hoses are difficult to fit with a connector - yes it is. Just place the rod BETWEEN two hoses and it will work better. The included instructions are awful, with blurry images and sometimes single word instructions - ridiculous actually. You really need to write some actual installation instructions IMHO. For example how to align hose connections with handles and spout. There are small plastic fittings that need to be oriented a certain way before the hoses will snap into place. When you're laying on your back under the sink and fumbling with it, you kind of wish you had that knowledge BEFORE you went under the water, you know? It was trial and error until I found the correct orientation for each hose. Also, the parts may not have been oriented correctly when shipped, for example the large rubber grommet for the under sink/plug area was upside down on the faucet. If I tried to install this way I would be leaking everywhere. So keep an eye on it. Once installed it works great and is a quality product. Just ask someone for help. :)
