Buns are fine. Maybe a little flimsy, but they work. When using with a Food Saver machine, mine at least, you must have the smooth side up to seal. The ripped side doesn't. Otherwise they work as expected. Attention! When opening the box, DO NOT reach into the top of the box to open it. There are NO spacers between the top of the box and the casters. I cut mine open and was surprised that nothing protected it. They have airbags on the sides and that's it.
