Review on BIGTREETECH Upgrade Motherboard Creality Extension by Mike Groover

I really like this. But so far it's been nothing more than a headache. Installation was pretty easy, it fits the mold so you just need to know where the wiring goes. After installation I found the screen was messed up showing 2 white lines in the middle. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly with a picture of how the cable should line up on the board. Judging by her photo I had everything right, I read on the forum that sometimes it needs to be flipped, so I did and voila, the screen worked perfectly. I then went to start my printer and found that the Z motor was moving in the opposite direction than it should. I contacted support again and got no response. I watched a youtube video and figured out how to change the direction of the motor. I then updated the firmware for the screen and when I set it to print or preheat the icons and lights got messed up. I have contacted support again but as expected no response. Not to mention that my prints turn out a lot worse than before and require a lot of adjustments. The only benefit at the moment is the noise level, the only noise coming from the printer now is the fan. I'll keep tweaking and if I get a response from customer service or find out I might come back and give it more stars but for now this thing seems to be a huge hit or miss
