Review on Silicone Nonstick Measurement Counter Kneading by Danielle Davis

Can't say it's easy to clean. It has a slightly sticky surface, so crumbs and flour stick to it. I use the tissue paper it came in to roll it up after use as it's sticky and I don't want it to stick to itself. She's *huge*! Exactly what I wanted but I don't think I really realized how big it is! Not complaining, just a little surprised. I can roll anything on it and it won't come off the edges. The little brush that comes with the kit is pretty pathetic, so don't rely on it if you need it. The scraper is fine.
