A Good Present on my review.

I am glad I bought this because some of the affirmations spoke to me and I was able to frame them and put them on my living room wall. Also, they are great gifts.

Pros

Got for my moms birthday! She loves the cards so much she’s using them as walk art!

Cons

The exercise routines may not be suitable for people with physical limitations or disabilities
