Not working after firmware update.

Edited: After emailing the customer service address provided by Revain, LEMERO immediately refunded the full price of the product. Reaching customer service should be easier but I appreciate the refund. The firmware on my Epson was updated 2 months after purchase and rendered all cartridges unusable. I can't find any trace of customer support. Revain was able to give me a phone number, but no one answers.
