Only Red really works for me as advertised ie. It charges in the sun and flashes red at night. I'm happy with that. However, the one with the blue light only works when the USB is plugged into a power source. If you disconnect the USB port/power supply and discharge the internal battery, it will not glow or blink in the dark. I don't think the battery will hold a charge. So it's 50% junk and if it weren't for such a return issue I would, but it's not worth the few bucks I would get for my efforts. The concept of the product is good, just poor production. It would be nice if they just sent me a replacement that actually works!
