While my wife and I have some liking for this electric grill (looks like it would be great for Chinese grilling) we had a few issues with it. First, the controls reveal that you can adjust the temperature on both the internal and external heating elements, but in reality they just cycle on and off, meaning full power or no power. This then causes a second problem, which is that after a minute with both elements on, this unit will overheat and trip the 15 amp circuit breaker. This makes this unit unsuitable for use on a 15 amp circuit and as we used it outdoors these outlets are all rated for 15 amps. The third issue is that when I returned this item as unsuitable, the carrier only gave a 70% refund. I strongly advise against doing business with this company.
