Very professional team - attentive customer service
I like that they are very knowledgeable about all aspects of ERP, including implementation and support services. They have been very helpful with our implementation of SAP S/4HANA. Their pricing structure makes it easy for small businesses to afford their services. We haven't had any issues with them thus far. As a small business who has implemented several ERPs, we appreciate being able to rely on someone who knows what they're doing to get us up and running quickly. We've found that their knowledge of the different ERP systems allows us to implement solutions more efficiently as well.
Pros
- The consultants at M&G know everything there is in regard software related products & service options available within an array range from financial management system through accounting applications along other areas such CRM's or data analytics tools which can be provided by many top level vendors out nowadays.They take pride when providing recommendations where necessary especially because this was always taken into account during various stages (preliminary feasibility study) before finalizing decisions
