Think carefully before you buy this product

I am armed with an antiviral. I don't install garbage. I started the restart process on my smartphone just before I went to bed in the hopes that it might make him feel better. I removed the shell, reinstalled Android and all programs, and optimized the device using the default tools that Samsung provide; nevertheless, none of these solutions helped. Simply said, it has a magical air about it. I would have given this product 5 stars if it weren't for the unpleasant "non-warranty" issue. But, a flagship that was purchased for 50,000 from an official agent shouldn't act thus disrespectfully toward the owner of the business. So, at the very least, I ought to have replaced it with a copy that works without conducting extensive testing; in the meantime, I will have to go without a pocket computer in 2K17. Because of circumstances beyond my control, I had no choice but to use the sixth month; now that I have the money, I am waiting for Xiaomi to arrive. I will take this device to the service and let them test and repair it there until their faces turn blue. How is that a normal replacement? The device performs quite well when used as a camera. It is more of an annoyance than a smartphone, just like a smartphone. What a stunningly lovely suffering. I am well aware that any model of mobile phone has the potential to have bugs and foolish software, but a high-end smartphone has to have first-rate customer support, and if such complaints are lodged, the device need to be exchanged for one that functions normally (probably).

Pros
  • Excellent camera. After making the purchase, I stopped using the compact Sony RX 100 III camera since I find that the camera on the Samsung Galaxy S7 is sufficient for not only my day-to-day needs but also my needs while I am traveling. I use professional mode and am quite delighted. The glass of the camera has not been scratched. A fantastic screen that offers a high degree of coverage and defense. One scrape after being there for half a year. Because I believe it would be a sin to cover up such a pleasure with glasses, I don't wear them. I have not yet experimented with a better screen for VR goggles. My ideal resolution for the future would be 4K, and I'd like there to be no grid between the individual pixels. However, this is just a pipe dream for now. Iron and shell of a high quality. Everything happens incredibly quickly and practically does not lag at all. The battery can last for 24 hours on a single charge and can reach its full capacity in an hour and a half.
Cons
  • This scoundrel will, at random intervals and all of a sudden, become unresponsive, either displaying a blank screen or continuing to work normally. This takes place either in the dream state or when one is blocking. At night, it can be turned off, and there will be neither an alert nor any calls. It can be hung up at the checkout, but you won't be able to use Samsung Pay or a discount card. If it freezes up while you're navigating, pull over to the side of the road and restart your device for five minutes. While you're waiting for the download to finish, you'll need to enter the password a few times. And if it stalls like this with the screen on, the battery can slowly drain to zero overnight, which means that I don't have a smartphone until I charge it in the morning, which takes at least five minutes. On a daily basis, it transforms into a brick about twice on average. It is possible for it to work for three to five days without freezing, or it is possible for it to hang three to four times in a row in a couple of hours. This device loves surprises. It freezes while charging from the full charger, while the wireless network is being distributed, while it is operating in the air mode, and while it is being driven to work. I won't be able to get it until I realize that it has frozen over. Hard resetting is the only thing that helps, so press and hold the power button as well as the volume down button for seven seconds. According to the support team, this is probably because of an application that was just installed. For example, you could clear all of the settings, uninstall all of the apps, and drive with an empty smartphone. Wow, what a deal! So I did. It seemed like a week with a gadget on which there is nothing more than a phone and the software that was first installed. There were not any issues at all! Yet, I would be completely lost without my mobile bank, navigator, mail, social networks (where I work), taxi service, and fitness functions. I put in the necessary software (without any toys or other unnecessary crap), and these dependencies have resurfaced. Gorgeous! As a consequence of this, my copy is unable to function regularly as a smartphone, and when I take it in for service, they tell me that the device can function without apps, thus the issue is not covered by the warranty. And what makes him such that there is no need for programs?
