This was purchased for use by a teenager who was working on a poster project. Overall the results were very good as the markers were easier to use than paint and covered a much larger area than a regular marker tip. The colors are bright and attractive, on the lighter side of the palette, but even the yellow wasn't too faded to show off well on the poster. The design of the marker allows you to apply color or work with the tip like a brush stroke.
