I contacted support under the warranty, they gave the number of Mikhail (the seller) - I contacted him, he asked me to send a hard drive for verification by the sdek and if the problem is confirmed, he will send a new one and pay my expenses for delivery to Hong Kong. Further on 08/05/22 he receives the package, but does not talk about it I waited for an answer until August 10, until I wrote to him again The answer was “I received the parcel, the hard drive is being checked” Today is already 08/22/22 - The seller does not answer calls and letters, I am writing this review so that other people understand what and who they will deal with if they buy from this seller! Definitely do not recommend this seller! If evidence is needed (correspondence and calls), I can supplement the comment with screenshots.
