Used tool for a rivet. He stood up normally, but the rod didn't come out of the tool. She cut the bolt off at the rivet and tried to remove the bolt but couldn't get it out. Popped it into the tool and tried another rivet (not expecting it to work) and it didn't work. Don't buy this tool, just use pliers to install the rivets. The supplied rivets are fine.
