If you don't have a lot of cables to run or thick cables, this is a great solution. Mine works in front of my sliding glass door, which has a single Category 6 Ethernet cable running through it. The space for cables isn't very deep and you can't run more than 1 or 2 regular sized cables inside the cavity for it. If you have something like a lamp cord or even an extension cord, that's probably the only thing you can fit in the cord duct. I am in a wheelchair and this protects the cables from damage. when I roll tires over them. It's not too high either, so climbing over isn't difficult either. It's not easy, but it doesn't look like a huge speed bump either. Easy installation, just unfold it, put it in the sun for 30 minutes to get soft and flexible, then place it where you like. Very easy. It's cheap, works well if you don't have a lot of cables to hide, and it's not a huge bump to walk on or roll over. Very cool conductor.
