My rescued dog had bladder stones, the fact that she was rescued is important because we don't know how long it took her to develop them or what dietary history may have affected her health Story. The stones were surgically removed via an open cystotomy and sent to the lab. They were struvite stones. The good news and the bad news is that in many cases, struvite crystals can be controlled with nutrients. My dog is on C/D recipe food, a very strict diet that we cannot deviate from. When we do that, the pH of their urine drops right into the tubes and becomes very alkaline. After three days of taking it, and I'm only giving her once a day (she weighs 35 pounds), her pH is finally acidic enough to fight infection naturally. Its optimum pH is between 6.5 and 7.5. Except for an infection when we relaxed some of our dietary restrictions, she had no UTIs or stones a year after surgery. Your x-ray is clear. I give these supplements at least some credit, as they are what finally got us to the healthy pH we were striving for. I know it's been a long time, but I also know that there are other canine families like us that need special diets. Please don't ever stop doing this. She eats them as a reward and must have no other deviations from her diet.
