Poor design and instructions

Recently bought a Thule Cargo Box and it's great. I wanted to keep it on the ceiling of my garage. I tried this shelf and was very disappointed. First, the written instructions are some of the worst I've seen. Finally, I tried a YouTube video that was very helpful. The materials are good but the design is terrible. The roller system is designed so that there is a 2 foot gap between the ceiling and the top of the holder. I have to try another solution. This product is not recommended.
