I bought this on the recommendation of my good friend. I was skeptical at first because I had tried other proteins, but I decided to give it a try. The taste is terrible and the texture is gritty unlike any protein powder I've tried before. I know everyone's body is different but once I started using this product I started getting breakouts which I haven't had with previous proteins either. I would recommend doing a little research and seeing what else is out there before purchasing this product. I ended up just throwing mine in the trash, couldn't find anyone who wanted it.
