I like that there are options for different types of reporting, which is great when it comes time to present our results (especially to external stakeholders). Also, you can create complex reports using both Excel and Power BI, so we get some flexibility in what we're presenting. Sometimes creating your own custom dashboards takes more than expected; however, if you have experience with other tools this is not much of an issue. We use these tools primarily to analyze internal metrics. The ability to do quick analysis at-the-time-of-need really helps us make decisions quickly.
