The best thing about this software is its user-friendly interface which makes it easy for anyone who has never used any such software before. I have been using this software since last 2 years, but i still haven't found anything which can be considered as an issue or dislike by me. It's one of the most useful softwares available in market today with huge potentials. Since we started our operations from scratch there were no issues at all while working with this software. We are able to track every aspect of each property from booking status to revenue generation. I like how easy it is to use and set up. It's very customizable, so you can do almost anything with it. The interface could be more intuitive for non-techies. Also, the customer service is not as good as other companies out there. They are helpful but not always available when you need them. We have been able to streamline our business process and make it easier to get things done.
