A bag large enough to hold frozen blocks and groceries for a 12 hour shift. (I didn't put drinks in the bag). The Mylar insulation helps extend the life of frozen blocks. Good quality flash. The bag is made of durable, pleasant-looking fabric. I'm on the road most of my work day so the bag stays in my air conditioned work car for several hours. Sometimes I get out of the car for a few hours and it gets hot in the cabin, but I'm glad my food stays chilled. Excellent tolerance. Very happy with the purchase. UPDATE: Six weeks later, still valid. Minor spills and stains outside and inside wiped clean, no stains. I have received follow up emails from the seller asking if I am completely satisfied - YES, definitely. Great product, seller who really cares about the buyer - all this leads to customer satisfaction. Enthusiastic recommended! UPDATE: Six months later I'm still happy. My expectations were exceeded.
