The company contacted me, supported the warranty and sent me a new case, so I am changing my original review. It took a long time to get a replacement due to shipping delays, but I finally got it. I value customer service and what they stand behind their product. The new case is back on the device and we haven't had any issues so far. We love how soft the case is and at first my son didn't like the strap on the back of the case but he uses it more than he thought and loves it. This case was purchased for my son in December along with a new iPad as a Christmas present for my son but we never launched his new iPad and put the case on him until early March when his school was closed due to the coronavirus. My son has only been using this iPad case for two months and the soft flap that covers the iPad charging port has already broken off on one side. I am very disappointed that it broke. I chose this iPad case based on Revain's customer reviews. My son is very careful with his electronics and protective cases. I sent an email requesting a 3 month warranty exchange but have not received a reply.
