This monitor had a beautiful immersive screen with a beautiful picture. But there are a few build quality issues. The entire monitor is controlled via a tiny joystick on the back. When I unpacked the monitor, this control was wedged into the back of the monitor. Stuck quickly. Even after I managed to free the power knob from its stuck position, I found how twitchy and cheap it felt. I don't think it will take long. And now a tiny bug walks "under" the screen. How is the build quality so bad that this can even happen? Has an error crept into the device during production? In any case, if the build quality is so sloppy and loose that bugs can spill into the screen, then so is everything else. Dust, dirt, smoke, everything. I deeply regret this purchase. I'll give Gerald time to get off the screen. This is the last Samsung monitor I will buy.
