The average fan on my Gigabyte GTX 1660 Windforce 3x Gaming OC made a vibrating noise every time the fan was turned on or off. Although these fans are not advertised, I checked the specs and they turned out to be the same. The direction of the center fan on mine was reversed and they are all the same but that doesn't matter. The fan is about 1mm thicker, but still well screwed. One of the fans seemed slightly bent at the screw tab but I think it will still work, I didn't use it as I only needed one. After assembling, the fan works fine and no more noise. I give 4 stars for full functionality, but possible quality defects. Depending on your GPU you may have to take everything apart like I did and reapply thermal paste to the direct die. So be careful.
