Works great, handy for field work as you don't need an extension cord, works great with about 20 Ryobi One batteries I have lying around. The problem is that the collet is not aluminum. It can be easily damaged by contact with the target surface. You can't buy a collet anywhere. I spend hours searching and calling, even going to the Home Depot. "Universal" dremmel nuts are not suitable. I called Ryobi several times, after an hour of waiting they told me that they couldn't buy a nut. However, you can purchase the entire flexible turret assembly for $40. It's like buying new care because the tire is flat.
