I bought this to connect my MacBook Pro to a projector. It was a much better deal than buying it from Apple ($49) and seemed like the best quality option for Revain. The first time I used it worked beautifully but the second time it started to loosen up and now it needs more and more tweaking every time I use it. I've only put a coaster underneath it when plugged into the port, but it still turns off when table hits table. Looking at the reviews it seems hit or miss, which makes sense to me since the lightning cable is a newer mount. Hoping to find something better without going straight to Apple.
