Product arrived separately, not mixed, very dissatisfied.
The quality control of JFJ appears to be questionable. We have used their products before. At first they seemed great, but over time the quality just disappeared, the pads wore out at an incredible rate. This last gallon we ordered is the stick that broke the camels backs. The product arrived totally separate and even after 30 minutes of vigorous shaking it still wasn't mixed properly what would normally take a minute now takes three minutes and leaves some weird oily residue almost re-scratching. from trying to remove the sediment.
