I love these little bottles. I only bought these to store homemade salad dressings and condiments that come in unwieldy packaging, but they have become favorites in my kitchen. The 4 oz size is perfect for small batches of dressings and sauces. My Favorite Things: - Keep sauces fresher for much longer if you don't dip a spoon in them - Hygienic and convenient way to store leftover sauces and dressings, way better than oversized utensils - Easily create that beautiful, Instagram-worthy drizzle on your food - to my surprise they worked great to fill the cupcakes. Just stick the nozzle in the top and press! - Sturdy yet easily packable construction - Easily rinsed with hot water You can trim it a bit more but there isn't much room for maneuver before the lid is secure. They're really only good for liquids that you can scoop up with a funnel, so some of the thicker stuff that you might want to pipe, fill, or otherwise fill won't work. - Not the best option for sauces with a lot of texture, including spices, sweet chili sauce, etc. I can't take a star off for this because I'm so shocked at how important these steels are to me. Overall I bought them for one purpose but I used them all the time. I am sure I will find other uses for them around the house. Excellent purchase!
