I installed this kit on my 2004 4Runner V8 a week ago. It took about 9 hours but I'm not a mechanic. The parts fit perfectly and correspond to the OEM originals. I'm not sure if the belt was ever changed so after 239,000 miles I decided to replace all pulleys, tensioner and water pump along with the belt. Everything went pretty smoothly, except for a couple of rusty screws that took a little longer to fix. I removed the radiator which isn't needed but it gives you a lot more room to work, especially when removing the crankshaft pulley/bolt. If you don't have an air attack, bite the bullet and get the Schley SCH64300 on Revain. It's worth its weight in gold. The best thing about the whole setup is that I don't have to touch the belt for another 90,000 miles. The photo shows the condition of the strap that I removed. Not good.
