Ladder came unassembled but thats helpful as it was boxed nicely and was easy to move into the installation location. Instructions are very clear and all tools provided including a small wrench/screwdriver but install will go more quickly with a real screwdriver. A couple of smallish issues:1) Like others reported, a couple of holes just don't line up in the end no mater what you do, this is not going to bear weight other than blankets so its not a big deal, but something to be aware of. Seems sturdy enough as it is.2) The light foam protecting "blanket" that is wrapped around the wood in my case was wrapped while the lacquer or whatever stain they use was still drying, so here and there I have bits of foam protectant attached to the wood, especially where the "knots" are. Hoping as it dries more it will be easier to pick off - annoying to be honest.Overall its a good price for a nice product in the end, I would probably forgo installing 1-2 of the rungs for larger wool blankets or quilts as it will look a little "busy". The pads for where it leans against the wall and floor are a nice touch too. I'd consider buying again and recommending it.
