Review on Nikon 35mm f/1.8G Auto Focus Lens for Nikon DSLR Cameras - Black (Model 2183) by Boyan Boyanov ᠌
I like everything, the price and the quality are both ok.
Some advantages: 35mm is superior to 50mm (trust me on this one), and you don't need it because you'll be shooting at 2.8. With its drawbacks: I didn't detect any deficiencies, save for a small backlash, but this may be a feature of my copy. Other than that, I didn't find any problems.
