Fantastic budget.

These are the first grips I've bought for a mountain bike and I ride with gloves but I don't feel the need to wear them all the time. They are unrealistically cheap. I fell a few times and they hit trees and didn't break anything. Totally stable and the double locking they use won't twist your handlebars.
