Review on 🦃 Stunning Resin Thanksgiving Turkey Figurine with Glass Salt and Pepper Shakers - 6 1/4 Inch Set by Melissa Wilson

I bought this resin Thanksgiving Turkey figurine with a glass salt and pepper shaker set because I was looking for something to use as a centerpiece to decorate my table this Thanksgiving decorate. However, I did NOT want a flashy, cheap-looking Party America Thanksgiving centerpiece set or Beistle 1-Pack Centerpiece decorative cornucopia like paper or fabric decorations. I wanted something that looked solid, if not elegant and sophisticated. Since the table I will be using for Thanksgiving is relatively small (seats 4-6 people max), I needed to save space on the table to serve people (plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.) so I wanted something that could to be used as a centerpiece for my Thanksgiving table, ALSO functional, like a napkin holder or salt and pepper shaker, or ideally AS a decorative napkin holder, so a salt and pepper shaker set (e.g. Turkey Pilgrim Thanksgiving Napkin and Pepper Shaker Set) . But unfortunately, the Thanksgiving turkey and salt and pepper shaker set that was my number one choice wasn't available, or at least out of stock, so I was able to get hold of it in time to use for Thanksgiving. Instead I received this resin turkey figurine with glass salt and pepper shakers and for the most part I'm very happy with it. She seems strong and durable (but not enough to be "heavy") figure. Its use is pretty obvious. Almost everyone knows how to use a salt and pepper shaker. You unscrew the lids from the top of the jars and fill them with table salt (the holes are too small to use kosher salt or other coarse salt - people don't usually put coarse/kosher salt in shakers anyway!) and ground pepper and screw. Put on the caps and tuck into the turkey's wings/arms, which have indentations/cavities to place one of these shakers on each wing/arm. So that's the functional aspect. As for the decorative aspect, this turkey figurine was a wonderful centerpiece for my Thanksgiving table. I first set the table with this Rustic DII 100% Cotton Fall Leaves Thanksgiving Tablecloth and set the table with these Harvest Give Thanksgiving Tapestry Napkins and Klikel Alanna White Bone China Gold Rim Dinnerware Set and Lightahead Gold Stainless Steel Flatware Set. Then I placed THIS turkey figurine in the center of the table and surrounded it with these fall harvest and Thanksgiving tea party glass candle holders and in each leaf candle holder I placed one of the battery operated flameless LEDs. tea lights and switched it on - and while I didn't forget to take a picture of it at the time (I'll take a picture of it this Thanksgiving and put it in my comments if and when I need to update my review), it looked pretty good! The only reason I gave this item 4 stars instead of 5 is because: 1.) I wish it came with a napkin holder. 2.) I'm not really keen on the "look", particularly facial features/expression of this turkey character. It's not bad, but it's not that good either. Overall, however, I am very satisfied with this product. While I REALLY loved the looks and dual functionality of the Thanksgiving Turkey Pilgrim Turkey Napkin Set and Salt and Pepper Shaker Set, and would love this one instead (and am considering getting it now anyway!), I'm happy with this turkey salt and pepper set and recommend it to others. If you already have (or don't need/want) a Thanksgiving-themed napkin holder, then this Resin Thanksgiving Turkey Figurine With Salt And Pepper Jar Set will likely make a great addition to your holiday decor! ★☆★☆ 4 STARS!
