No splitting tool! in Vacuum Cleaners & Floor Care

Vacuum Cleaner seems good enough but it doesn't come with a crevice tool. The instruction manual that came with me clearly shows a splitting tool, but the photo isn't the right one. Eureka confirmed to me that the new "improved" model has a combination tool built into the handle, but it's just a brush that slides back and forth. It does not convert to a crevice tool and cannot be removed to attach to a hose or pipe as described in the manual. They let me know we could buy an extra splitting tool. If you have red reviews mentioning a great little cleaving tool, it's not the same.

Pros
  • Sleek Design
Cons
  • Infinitely Sluggish
