Schage: Gently nudge a few times; Kwikset: just slide in and twist
Both work as intended Twist one way to unlock, the other way to lock swipe key: Toggle . You push but don't turn - it takes a few pushes each time to find the sweet spot. (I keep trying to unlock the paperclip - but it doesn't work - I feel and hear the trigger mechanism, but it doesn't unlock. Somehow the key has the right material.
