Review on Apple Magic Mouse 2 Wireless, Space Gray by Adam Wielgosz ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good quality product, the price is commensurate with the quality.

This is the most superior mouse that can be purchased for usage with an iMac. Following the purchase of an iMac in 2022, I used the same mouse for a period of three years before making the decision to conduct an experiment and switch to a Logitech 2s mx. After using it for two days, I decided to return it and instead purchase a Magic Mouse 2 (my iMac 2022 came with the first generation of the mouse, which ran on batteries). I read fifty different opinions on the subject, and of course, it was necessary for me to compile my own summary of the distinctions between the first and second generations. The first thing to consider is the total weight, less around 20 grams. This is evident to me because I spend at least 12 hours a day working on the computer, and it might be even longer. The number 2 is most likely a push mechanism. It features an improved level of comfort compared to its predecessor. The clicks of the mouse are different. 3 that everyone is aware of is, of course, the battery that is integrated inside the device. Because I finally grew sick of constantly recharging the batteries and replacing them once a week, this is a topic that is particularly essential to me. Let me start by saying this. If you just use a computer sometimes, the first version should be plenty for you. From my vantage point, though, the difference will become apparent to you if you spend a lot of time sitting and working. The first generation and the second generation do not have any major variations between them, but I can tell a difference when I use them on a regular basis.

Pros
  • Scrolling with a touch Multitouch Usability that is almost natural (if that's even possible)
Cons
  • If you can demonstrate that a problem exists, you should be able to suggest improvements that make the form more user-friendly. However, the form, from a purely technical standpoint, perhaps this is the way that it ought to be.
