I put the purple gem in about a week ago and haven't taken it out. My previous L-Plug is much thinner, 22g, than my original nostril piercing and is closed to fit. When the piercer enlarged it to fit a larger hoop, I was still uncomfortable after a few days and bought a few alternatives to try. These 18gL stollen hit the spot and my nose has been very happy ever since! I find it easy to put on, stays in place even while I sleep, isn't too tight or too loose on my nose, and is a decent sized gem. Sooner or later I'll try other options that I've bought in the meantime, but I'm sure these L stud earrings will be my go-to when I want to stop changing nostril jewelry for a while or when I'm over my Piercing trouble and having to break my nose.
