The two white shades that diffuse the light and the black shades that reflect the light are of excellent quality and fit snugly on the posts. The light stands are excellent; Easy to adjust, light and strong. Some reviews have negative ratings on durability. If you open the legs and stop when they're at their widest and don't open them any further, you won't have stability problems. The price-performance ratio is just as excellent as the quality.
