Tough to adjust in my review
I bought this for my Chihuahua in a size xs. I measured my dog before I bought it. That being said, I had trouble getting it adjusted. I needed to adjust it all the way to the smallest point and the pawtitas rubber tag blocked probably the last two inches of the collar. I had to take tweezers and carefully remove the rubber tag, so I could adjust it down to the end. Once I did that it fit. The measurements they listed included the rubber tag, which you cannot thread through the buckle for the adjustment.
