The support team has been great! They have helped me solve problems I had after implementing their product. Very easy for new users like myself to figure out, but hard for those who are more experienced. Their service is very expensive compared to other similar platforms. Not much features available in the free version. This software was too complicated for my needs at first because it's so different from what I am used to using (or even know how to use). It took some time before everything came together smoothly once I figured things out. However, if you're looking for an all-around solution, this might fit your business need. Tracking customer sales data and helping them earn points to redeem prizes or discounts.
