Great support and features, but expensive

The support team has been great! They have helped me solve problems I had after implementing their product. Very easy for new users like myself to figure out, but hard for those who are more experienced. Their service is very expensive compared to other similar platforms. Not much features available in the free version. This software was too complicated for my needs at first because it's so different from what I am used to using (or even know how to use). This tool is easy to use and allows you to build websites quickly and easily.
