Great compact stand with sleek looks

This is a great stand for my use with a nice and thoughtful design. However, the price is a bit high. Pros: 1) Sleek, sleek look 2) Folds up and blends in well with the background 3) Great space saver 4) Holds a decent amount of tether holes on the backplate and secures the plate to the wall. I've seen that the only way to install this is to open up the rack, but there is an issue with the weight of the rack. This product is heavy. It may be because I'm not in shape, but I felt that the product itself was very heavy and required two people to do. Unless you take the risk of taking it apart like I did. Other than that, I don't know how a person could hold the rack and try to attach it to the wall using the holes behind the bars. Maybe if they lower the rack. My workaround was to take a picture of how everything was attached, then take the metal doors and pull them out. Then I installed the back metal plate on the wall. Finally I attached the shelf and metal doors. PLEASE NOTE I took the risk of taking the product apart to put it back together and didn't expect the company to take it back later if it fails. I would have wished that instead of holes in the back wall there would have been a kind of wall latch. 2) The price is too high for this quality shelf. If it had been $40 I would have been happier. The hanger rails seemed to sag a bit when wet clothes were placed on them. I weighed the wet laundry to not exceed the 60 pound maximum. But even with 15 pounds of clothing, the bars flexed a bit. I agree to this for my use. However, I wouldn't trust those 60 pounds.
