I ordered the .25 Derma Stamp which was much more convenient to use than the Derma Roller. I was able to tolerate these needles, actually quite painless, just a little annoying when you put them in the same places several times. In a few weeks I will switch to a Dermagrad 0.50. Spreads the serum very well during application if you fill the tube sufficiently, but easy to refill if you need more serum. Only problem is soaking in alcohol to sanitize after each use, maybe a little harder than cleaning the skin roller. I fill the cap with alcohol to let it soak in for 10 minutes, spray the inside of the tube well with alcohol and wipe thoroughly with the aq tip. Highly recommended and would buy again.
