No product comes out no matter how hard I squeeze my face! Very disappointed, waste of money! Furthermore, this is a one-time use as there is no way to properly clean and sterilize these needles after use! Better go to the dermatologist!

This dermatamp is good but very difficult to clean. If someone can't tell me how to clean it (serum vial) I would prefer to use the dermastamp without the serum vial. The concept is great but the cleaning is not. The product arrived on time. I bought it on sale, otherwise the price is a bit high.

What I love about this brand is that it opens at the bottom to add skin serum which makes refilling easy. Great results and easy to use.

I don't see why you need a clarity rating - after a few uses it will flow down the sides of the lid and half the time nothing comes out when stamped

The thing works great. It wasn't that expensive so definitely worth the price. I'm not sure what other people thought they were getting, but I thought it was the size and I also thought it was the length. A quarter of a millimeter is not much. I ordered the .25 Derma Stamp which was much more convenient to use than the Derma Roller. I was able to tolerate these needles, actually quite painless, just a little annoying when you put them in the same places several times. In a few weeks I will switch to a Dermagrad 0.50. Spreads the serum very well during application if you fill the tube sufficiently, but easy to refill if you need more serum. I think it feels less against the skin because you're hitting straight. I used to roll and prefer to stamp. Next time I'll go to 0.50. I find this stamp to be the best way to get serum onto the skin. I am happy with this brand and believe it is safe enough for everyday use. I've been using it every day for a week and I can feel the skin getting tighter and firmer. This tube is easy to fill and easy to clean with alcohol. I recommend this product.
