Because Balichun makes the claim that they offer the highest quality products and are up to date on the most recent trends in home décor, I was quite interested in trying out their home and kitchen goods. Nevertheless, I was severely let down by the product that I purchased. The duvet cover set that I was given was of a low quality, and the stitching started coming undone after only a few washes. I attempted to call customer support in order to request a refund or exchange, but I was met with comments that were both unhelpful and unpleasant. It is quite evident that the primary objective of Balichun is not the fulfillment of its customers' needs or the production of high-quality goods, but rather the maximization of its profits. This business does not have dependable home and kitchen goods, thus I would not suggest it to anyone searching for such kinds of items.
