I thought this looked doopy at first, but I bought one anyway. It actually works out the muscles in your forearms surprisingly well, and is great if you have to type or work with your hands a lot. During long gaming/homework sessions I'll usually take a break every hour or so and do 50 reps on each forearm. For me, at least, it's helped prevent my arms from getting sore after a lot of typing, and I've noticed more definition in my forearms as I've used them every day for around a month.
